Bookings and Cancellations

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing We accept card, bank transfer, and cash For larger jobs such as renovations, payment terms and any deposit requirements will be agreed in writing beforehand

Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If a job fails due to workmanship within the guarantee period, we will return to assess and correct the issue at no additional labour cost. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing faults, misuse, or issues arising from third-party work.

Insurance and Certification

We are fully insured with public liability cover. Gas-related work is carried out by RGII-registered engineers in line with IS813 standards. Electrical work, where required, is carried out by RECI-registered partners.
